The answer is yes. The purpose of taking an acting headshot or a professional headshot is to market and brand yourself. It takes less than a second for your headshot to make an impression. All actors, non-actors, models, and professionals need effective representation.

Hair and makeup artists can help kids and adults look their best and achieve a variety of looks. For this reason, I highly recommend hiring one of the artists I use because they have been working with me for years and have been trained in supporting my style of shooting. It is the job of a makeup artist to enhance the natural beauty of my subjects. They know what makeup works best on camera, where to contour to draw attention to the most prominent features. Makeup artists know how to smooth over teens with challenging skin tones and accent face shapes from the different angles that I use. The wrong makeup, or even no makeup, results in a headshot that does not look polished and professional.

You are welcome to arrive at your appointment with your hair and makeup done.

Referrals will only be credited once the new client has booked and completed their headshot session.  An incoming client must mention you as the person who referred them.

​A pinterest board of clothing suggestions will be sent to you ​in a confirmation email ​once your appointment is booked. If you would like me to look at your clothing options before the session, I will be happy to offer you advice.

If possible, please email me images of your clothing before the session so we can make any necessary adjustments.

Depending on the time of year, you will receive a gallery within 7-10 business days after our photoshoot. Additionally, I offer a rush delivery service that allows you to receive your gallery within 24 to 48 business hours of your session.

​For kids and teens, headshot sessions are held at the Centerport, New York studio, while branding sessions for music artists, corporations, real estate agents, etc​, ​are held at a scouted location that fits their brand.
